Beyond frustrated with the rewards section. I love all the straight talk aspects but the rewards section for redeeming sucks. I've tried many times to redeem points for a free phone plan but always get an error message. Costumer service is a bust on helping me with the issue. I have contacted Costumer service each time and got no where. I have more then 7,000 points but yet I can't redeem. I shouldn't have to keep trying to contact Costumer service if they can't resolve the issue.

Recent update is utter trash, every time I try to browse to redeem my points it just kicks me back to the dashboard. Repeatedly asks me to enter my password, and now I can't even find the option to enter the number from the physical cards for renewing my service, I had to go through the text option. What the hell did you guys do to this app? I can't use it for anything now, great job.

Doesn't respond. Keeps saying add device but don't add right away. Slow and laggy. Overall it's almost better to use it browser but that's just as bad also. Really waste of space on phone. D8d what they've said. Deleted app. Reinstalled. Tried to verify email. Waited over an hour for email code and still hasn't arrived. Just not worth it. Spotty service. Better just to go with different pay as you go. Don't bother with straight talk.
