1st- Did not approve for any purchase from this app nor website! 2nd- They withdraw from my personal account 2xs with a combined amount over $20 for me to never recieve product. Then continue to try to withdraw my account repeatedly over 90 times with a $0.75 charge every single time. This account that was charged is one that I live off of. Chewing through every bit of the money I had for the whole next week. Horrible company!! I can't get a hold of anyone to stop this. Won't issue a refund.

I love the service and the app. I've always wanted to try out different Cologne, but just couldn't see spending $60+ for something I really don't like, and the store sections that have sample bottles to smell Cologne/ perfumes is always way to strong and set off my allergies. The app is well designed, very intuitive and user friendly. Honestly, I had planned on canceling after my free trial, but I've liked the experience so much that I'm definitely keeping it.

Since the modification to "enhance" the puzzle, the app is virtually useless. I have completed 9 puzzles so far while watching your "add to queue" button spin. 9... Not including the others that I did whilst trying to read the item description. 44 puzzles just trying to add the "aquatic" note filter. Absolutely floored with the new cases and the fact that I just had to throw all of my old cases, case stand, and vial holder in the bin.
