performance_and_bugsmonetizationI'm using this app since a year ago, So far app is very good, I like that can track even if they block the online status, sometimes gives some issues and doesn't work like now since yesterday is not working, just a recommendation, you can add an average of usage too, how many minutes or hours the number spend online. Sometimes when the app have issues, takes too long to fix it

performance_and_bugsserviceApp is not working since January 31st, have send couple of emails but as usual with this app developers no response. It has been 8 days and 6 emails and no response, they don't even open the emails. Terrible customer service. Just found out and confirmed it no longer works if the user hides/disables their online status.

monetizationScam company, have used this app in the past successfully. Recently decided to try it again and purchased a subscription to monitor 2 numbers for one month. Didn't work on my phone...contacted support asking for assistance or a refund...no response in 2 weeks after sending 3 emails to support. Seems like they will just take your money and run! Buyer beware!!!
