It is the most unintuitive app I have used in a long time. Seems more concerned with background photos than letting me set it up. This is not social media! Who cares! All I want is to see my device's temperature, etc. from my phone. This is too much to ask of it! I need to return the physical device if the virtual app does not work. False advertising as it is clear that a large percentage of users have serious trouble with it! My bad for not reading the NUMEROUS bad reviews on Google Play!

Updating review: I originally gave this product and company 4 stars, then changed to 1 star after many issues, but now have to go back to 4-5 stars. Thank you for listening to customers. Eventually I had to upgrade and they sent a nice coupon to do so. Outages are now communicated, so you know it's not a problem on your end. Newer temperature readers and unit has been a lot more reliable. Keep up the good work!

There are better weather stations and associationated apps than LaCross as a gift I can live with it. Overall it is at the bottom of the weather station not great more tech junk than anything. Do your homework and most likely you will not be purchasing a LaCross system. Save your money and buy a better weather station! It's not at all intuitive! The app sucks, rain gauge broke the first winter.
