offline_functionalitymonetizationI downloaded this app on both of my phones. It charged me $1.00 for a "3-day Free Trial" for each phone and I tried repeatedly to transfer my data and could not get it to work. YES! I gave the app full access to everything on both phones. YES! They were on the same WiFi. YES! I followed the directions and did everything ibwas supposed to do IF the app would allow me. This app is nothing but a major frustration. Quit charging folks for a free trial. It's not free if you charge for it.

paymentperformance_and_bugscustomer_supportPAID $8.11 FOR NOTHING I accepted the permissions on my new phone and signed up under the impression I was getting a 1 week free trial and wouldn't be charged until a week later. I was unable to accept all the permissions on my old phone. It just wouldn't show 1 of them. I accepted everything it showed me and then it just got stuck. I tried opening and closing the app a few times to no avail. I then deleted the app from both phones and unsubscribed only to find I had been charged immediately.

performance_and_bugsmonetization$7.50 a WEEK to transfer data? I even emailed them and told them to cancel my "free trial" because of course they don't give you the option to cancel your subscription within the app. Thanks for the $7.50 recurring charges. Great business model. The app doesn't work whatsoever anyway. I'd recommend literally any other data transfer app before this one. Predatory, scummy and worthless.
