serviceperformance_and_bugsThe app is great. Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried for over a week to cancel membership just for the month because money is tight. I tried on my phone app, the website, and Roku. All said to sign in on where I originally signed up. I tried to contact them to help me figure out why I couldn't cancel or pause. Sent multiple emails. Still haven't heard back and was charged today. I was only going to cancel until next month. Now I'm not coming back at all.

loginperformance_and_bugspaymentI would give 5 stars, but went to open the app and it logged me out and isn't accepting my email or my password!! I am a guild subscriber and this is not acceptable!! Update, I was finally able to reset my password, but still can't get into the app, it just keeps closing! Don't know if it's from the update or what! My guild pymt is due in 3 days, but if I can't get into my account, I may rethink renewing!!

performance_and_bugscontentnotificationsdesignI want to say the shows and movies are definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but the app SUCKS! When I have it in small floating screen the play button is missing, I can't pause with my earbuds (I can with Hulu, starz, and other streaming platforms) and when I try to go back to full screen the screen turns black but the voice is still playing. when I get a call, it continues to play and it skips a bunch because I dont know its still playing in the background. FOR THE PRICE Y'ALL CHARGE, FIX THE APP!
