performance_and_bugsdesignfeature_requestsI cannot give the game 5 stars, even though I love the storyline and the presentation of the characters. The system is simply too buggy and ill defined to make it a 5 star experience. If you need 5 different menus to upgrade your equipment (I'm talking about when improving engraved equipment), then the system you've created is not only too complicated but less satisfactory when obtaining the "top-tier" equipment in the first place.

monetizationpaymentserviceHas some good game play but bummed that it is unfairly monetized. I thought I would pay to get the exclusive skins looking foward to using them but found out too late that they are useless without the characters. So I payed money for skins that I can't use and may only have a chance to use in the future. With it being expensive enough you would think the characters would come with the skins..... or maybe just one. Aside from that it could have been a really fun game.

performance_and_bugscustomizationerror_handling_and_messagesHas a lot of bugs still. sometimes my Screen gets zoomed in so much while playing that I can't even guide myself through the game. I have to close and re- open a couple of times in order for it to go back to normal. Also this game has been out for a couple of months and I can't believe that by this time the Developers haven't given players the Ability to Customize HUD Settings. The layout that is given to us by the Game sucks so much. I hit buttons by mistake making me lose fights all the time.
