This game is made by someone whose first language isn't US English, so a few of the puzzles are written differently than how we know them. But once you figure that out, it's a great game. Some puzzles are very clever; others a little too easy, but there are a ton of them. I find myself checking the game often to see if they've added any new puzzles. It would be nice if they had push notifications or maybe an icon badge anytime they add new puzzles.

I enjoy the combination of brain teasers and a word game. Lots of levels. Hours of fun. I share the easier ones with my 5th graders and go back to the ones I can't solve over and over again. Updated: Got a new device and although my progress carried over, my ad-free status didn't. I paid to be ad free and now I'm inundated with ads. Scam! Beware!

Dingbats is a fun, thought provoking game that encourages you to think out of the box by mixing visual clues with idioms. It's perfect to pick up when you want a distraction for a few minutes here and there. Some of the puzzles are easy, some are pretty challenging. Thankfully you can skip around quite a bit and circle back to the harder ones after some thought.
