Version 3.5.1
feature_requestslocalizationFirst of all, great employees. I’m always greeted by Valerie when I walk in the laundromat. She offers help with all laundry needs myself or anyone else needs. I was running late one day to get my clothes out of the dryer (I had left the location to grab some groceries really fast) and she had added some of her own quarters to keep the dryer going for me. The laundromat itself is SO clean and organized. Detergent/Dry sheets/bags vending at the door, clean restrooms, clean tables, tv on with remote always near by, ATM incase you need to get some cash out, plenty of parking, etc. I’ve never been a laundromat girl but I honestly love coming by this location when my laundry needs exceed my time and energy at home. 10/10

performance_and_bugsmonetizationThis app works very well, however I now have an issue regarding how the app handles loading money onto your account. The minimum amount of money that you can upload onto your town at a given time is $10. However, in the past there have been several instances where I was not charged the usual $1.25 and the amount that was charged was not a multiple of $.25. It seems this has since been fixed and if you add time to drying machines, it is only in increments of &.25. So automatically, I cannot use all of my loaded funds because you can only upload your money and multiples of five starting from $10. Now, I am trying to get a refund from the company that manages the laundry system at my university, but they have a no refund policy. I think that there should be a way for you to pay per cycle that is used, rather than uploading money to a prepaid account. I know that having to pay each time you use a washing or drying machine would be slightly more inconvenient, but I much rather do that instead of dealing with figuring out the legal gymnastics of getting a refund. I will be telling my peers who live on campus about this so they do not make the same mistake.

performance_and_bugsnotificationspaymentmonetizationWas using this app for the first time and it was fine, I couldn’t make a card or Apple Pay payment due to some glitch, but I had some cash so used the machine at the laundry to add funds. Also was fine when I went to wash my clothes. The problem started when my clothes were nearly done, I go to tend to them and suddenly the app notifies me that another washer was now in use and debited $6 from my funds balance for it. But the machine in question was even running and nobody—including me—was even at it or using it. I contacted support, they said that even though their app took the funds they couldn’t do anything, go to the management of the laundry. The management of the laundry said they don’t control the machines for these transactions, that’s through the app. Since the app is the one that did the transaction, I’m holding the app responsible until otherwise credited for the lost funds. SCAM APP AND PLATFORM JUST MYSTERIOUSLY CAN DEBIT YOU & THEN SHRUGS AND TAKES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY.
