BugsCustomer ServiceHate itSwitched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

Hate itPayment and BillingSpendingDoesn't function when purchasing via eSIM. Spent nearly two hours trying to purchase a plan, only to run into an issue with paying. Sorry was borderline useless as the app kept telling me there were issues with my payments and to try other methods. I tried adding two debit cards, and used my PayPal with three debit cards and a direct link to my checking account, but none worked. I actively tried throwing my money at them, and the app refused. Avoid avoid avoid
