Eh. The app is okay but you used to be able to access the old ver to pay your bill, even if you were a day or two late. Not to mention the actual service for boost has gone dramatically down hill over the yrs. It is...Absolutely terrible phone service. (And customer service as well.) It's super spotty service. There aren't the refurbished phones online for sale anymore. As boost has gotten bigger they've gotten worse and worse and worse. As soon as I am able to, I'm switching companies.

I just downloaded this app for the second time. I got on and paid my bill and changed my password with no issues. When I tried later in the day to access my information, I had to sign back in. When I waited for a code to be sent, nothing happened. I tried to have to code recent several times with zero results. If I can't access again and have to remove the app and re-download, I'm going to be aggravated.
