For some reason, the app is not recognized on my phone and because of that I don't have notifications. I have gone to the settings and turned notifications on, but no luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, it's just not working. I have missed messages because of this. It doesn't even email me every time either. If the app was built to not have notifications, then it's a cheating app.

So sad. I was blocked one hour into setting up my profile info. No reason given. I sent a complaint email using their customer service link, and didn't hear back until 3 1/2 days later. I had contacted my bank to be refunded before the 3 day legal contract time expired, so hopefully this site won't try to rip me off. They didn't even apologize for their problem. I can not find a way to delete my payment info.

It got worse with their update. You can't sort by distance or percent match anymore. There's a suggestions tab now, but you get one picture and no information and you cannot get anything else no matter what. They've really broken it and they're going to start losing money. I can't imagine how they thought this was better. They deliberately removed functionality. They've turned it into Tinder for Christians, a total 2-seconds-decision meat market. I hate it SO much. I just unsubscribed.
