With this app you can set up your printer, and start printing and scanning. It also provides various handy functions such as checking consumable levels, and printing via the cloud.

I've never had a more useless app in my life. I have to reconnect to the printer a MINIMUM of 3 times every time I print something, and it's incapable of scanning. My printer just scanned the same document NINE times while my phones just showed a loading screen and never received the document. I could go on for ages, but the point is: Don't buy a canon printer and don't use this app.

Easy to use with our PIXMA printer. However there was an issue loading a page while setting the account up but other than that, its been a breeze. I also wish that there were more features on customizing printer quality like you can do on the PC. Other than that though, the functions have been working great after using it for a couple months.

I don't know what I'd do w/out this app. Turn on printer. On phone see the page/ image or photo you want printed. Tap preferred choices from list, that pops up on your screen (paper size, number of pages etc). Hit print. Phew! You're done. update:,well that was a yr ago. Now we have cannon service + printer itself, it's not so reliable. I still give Cannon points for clear easy to follow directions & instructions (could they teach google? asking 4 a friend)
