Typical pay-to-win game. You can play for free, but you will hit walls you can't pass until you gain power, which takes time or money. Even when you pay, those walls are just further along. But, this is also a pay-to-make-others-lose game, where you can win competitions by paying to beat them. So, ultimately, there's no fairness. Also, their policy on in-game transactions is predatory, with no avenue to undo a mistake. And they use your phone to spy, claiming it's for anti-cheat reasons. Beware.

I was truly enjoying the game, it's mindless but fun. Spent a lot of time gathering materials and crafting weapons and gear to make my valkyries stronger. Then this latest update took that feature away. I don't care that the game changed a core mechanic everyone wasted their time on, but the gear is just stuck in your inventory. Can't use it, can't benefit from it. At least let us turn into some other in game currency.

It's exactly what you would expect it to be based on the ads. Not that that's a bad thing, as that puts it above almost every single other one of the games in this genre by virtue of it being playable. Anyway; this game isn't too bad. The difficulty spikes are definitely noticeable, farming gear is a touch awkward, and the game is absolutely catering to a *specific* demographic...but overall, it's very serviceable and definitely delivers on what could have otherwise been an absolute cash grab.
