I've used this app before, but now, it won't open. It acts like it's going to open, but then just doesn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache on my web browser, optimizing my phone's memory, etc. Nothing works.

This app is so secured, it's cumbersome and difficult to use. I am asking my organization to accommodate me differently. I was logged out 7 times while seeking information such as "enter the code just emailed to you". At one point, there were 2 verifications that had to be entered consecutively and I was logged out between them and the 1st had to be re-entered, but could not use copy/paste due to being logged out between consecutive screens.

This is the future! Minor details need to be worked out, but the fundamental concept of voting remotely and securely is the game changer this country needs. This needs to be fast tracked to the forefront of our voting system so we never have to go through a situation like 2020 again. Brilliant!
