When trying to change your plan or add a usable plan you can not get past the selection or 1 month or 3 months, The app needs work to allow customers to reactivate their plan from the ACP grace plan. Also can't update the account information it is wrong.

By far the sketchiest phone plan and people I've ever dealt with they don't even try to come up with a good story anymore 😂😂😂

This company cut my phone off before the date to pay my bill. They didn't want to send me any text messages or written communication that my my autopay was cancelled. Then when I asked if I could speak with a supervisor concerning my account. I was put on hold and no one never returned to the phone.
