updates_and_maintenanceperformance_and_bugscustomer_supportBefore the most recent updates, the app would crash all the time and was full of issues, some resolved, some not (phantom alarms that were removed, but still there with no way to remove them). This update removed chat histories, etc, without warning and the chance to archive elsewhere. Everyday is bringing a new surprise and not in a good way. Not a bad app, but if you are using it just to communicate, find something else.

designfeature_requestsapp was fine before, now I have to dig through more menus to find my likes. I can't filter through my likes anymore for my device. I can't set a liked pattern to loop. it sucks that things aren't in the same place and not in a "new things bad" way. It's a chore. If I need to reconnect my device, I can ONLY go ALL the way back to the home page to do all of this again. I also found out you can ONLY open a pattern full screen with the icon that appears when playing. Incredibly tiresome.

offline_functionalitymonetizationupdates_and_maintenanceThe app is a let-down. In "offline mode" - needed in my area because the cell reception sucks - the app is weak. It has far fewer options than the online version. All the online options, except perhaps the profile library, should be present in the offline version and they are not. This is unacceptable when the device is marketed as "Bluetooth-controlled". In my view, don't spend money on the Hush, at minimum, until the offline options are at least as feature-complete as the online ones.
