The app is okay. I'm paying for the subscription so I wish it could be better. I love the shows, seamless transition to the next episode. It's super easy to binge and that is nice. HOWEVER, it is sometimes difficult to search for shows. I also can't seem to click something without it auto playing the video when I just wanted some more info. I can be watching something and maybe I just want to browse other shows to see if I will watch it, the show I WAS watching will stop and this one pops up.

IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE! This is my 3rd review in 3 years. Tencent sent an email claiming to be weTv but lied. Tencent has far less content. The link to sign up crashed. My screen blinked colors for 2 minutes before I quit. This app is so bad even their subscribe link doesn't function properly. The app crashes more often than not. A paid subscription doesn't improve service and there is NO customer service. THEY DON'T CARE IF IT WORKS AND THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING. Good shows but inaccessible.

Been using this app on my phone only, and I'm not having too many issues. I think the search option can be improved by adding sub-filters, like Action, romance, fantasy, etc. It also takes a while to load sometimes, but is usually resolved by going back and clicking on the episode again in your watch list. Still new to this app, but I'm enjoying it so far.
