This app has been hit or miss for a while. When it works it works great, but I've had it crash more than once. But it does eventually seem to fix itself. The low rating is because this "free app streaming" that weve had since 2017 is no longer free. I received notice today that we now have to pay to use the streaming. They say "they are dedicated to keeping the platform accessible at no charge." Yet now they are charging. Doesn't sound very dedicated to me. Very disappointing.

I use to love this app, but ever since the upgrade the camera motion controls ↕️ do not appear. Whats up with that!? They work on the baby monitor. But sometimes I'm outside and want to check in on the kids playing and only have my phone Or when we are out the house. Also keep getting Connection Error on 1 camera out of three. All on the same home network. Would like to put in a request, kindly add back camera motion controls into the app. Thank you.

It's so slow and GLITCHY. Half the time it disconnects from the camera just out of the blue. It's very slow to load the camera feed. There's a delay in notifications as well. All of a sudden, my phone will get 10 notifications in a row from the past 10 minutes. It's extremely annoying. As much as I paid for the camera, this app should be flawless. Next time I'll buy a Nest camera.
