This app is not worth one star… They force you to use that app for the NFL tickets in London and then the app does not work during ticketrelease three days before the game aswell as on gameday. There was NO other way then try to use this app. Within 3 hours before the game till halftime the app did not work. No support at the stadium. The only help was „try reload the app over and over again…“ A multibillion company as the NFL is running their server on a Casio calculator… We missed a lot of the game, although we were at the stadium three hours before the game started.

The worst case scenario. You cant get ur Tickets, because the app is down. Shame on you NFL and Ticketmaster. We all fly around the world to see the game but can not
